Officially forming in September of 2018, Extraction Point hit the ground running. Opening for The Annual “Prison City Halloween Massacre” headlined by Recording Artist “Green Jellÿ” in October of 2018. Releasing the debut album “Purification Through Hatred” July 19, 2019. Chicago area based, Extraction Point is fronted by lead Singer Cody Zupan along with Robb Serrano on drums, Richard Lancaster and Jason Pesch on Guitars and joining in early August of 2019 becoming the permanent Bassist Rob Hicks completing the bands lineup. Ex-P has opened for bands like Metal Blade Recoding Artist “Battlecross” and Nuclear Blast Recording Artist “Macabre”. “Purification Through Hatred” was received very well by listeners gaining many fans. Played on stations and podcasts such as Rebel Radio, The Metal Experience, Doc Metal with The Real Wade Munson and many more. Extraction Point’s debut Album was the recipient of The Local Loft’s “Local Metal Album of the Year” at the conclusion of 2019.
